Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and as part of the Infront Sports & Media group, HBS offers the full spectrum of host broadcast operations and services — combining technological innovation with deep industry expertise to set the benchmark in live sports broadcasting. 💻 Technical Program Manager – Cloud Production 📍 Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris (hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days working from home) 🕒 Permanent/CDI contract 🇫🇷🇬🇧 This position requires English and French as professional languages   We’re looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead the implementation of cloud and on-prem production workflows supporting the delivery of major sports events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, project delivery, and live production.  You must be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.   🤝 Your Responsibilities Leading the implementation and delivery of Host Broadcast workflows for Cloud Production and Asset Management Managing both short-term projects and complex, multi-year, multi-client programmes, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met Defining and overseeing QA and testing phases to validate functionality and performance Acting as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for clients, internal HBS teams, and external vendors Ensuring smooth handover to Operational Teams and supporting them through live event delivery Maintaining clear documentation, communication channels, and compliance with corporate processes Contributing to technical roadmaps by staying up to date with emerging cloud production technologies   What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in technical product or programme management Strong understanding of sports production workflows, including live and non-live environments Solid knowledge of digital audio/video fundamentals, compression, and distribution technologies Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Experience managing budgets, forecasting, RFPs, contracts, and legal documentation Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders and driving alignment across teams Comfortable working irregular hours in line with event schedules and traveling for selected events Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members Exposure to both Agile and traditional project management methodologies Passion for innovation in cloud-based broadcast and media delivery If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working closely with live production teams, and delivering world-class sports coverage under real-world time pressure, we’d love to hear from you.
