We’re looking for a BSOS Assistant to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support across the BSOS Division, covering both corporate activities and project operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate information, efficient processes, and smooth coordination during both event and non-event periods. What you’ll do Maintain and update BSOS documentation, processes, and shared tools Provide administrative and logistical support across BSOS departments Support procurement activities (purchase orders, approvals, follow-ups) Maintain accurate project and staffing information in BSOS tools Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and action tracking Act as a connector between teams, helping information flow clearly and consistently Support internal communication, reporting, and consolidated summaries Contribute to people allocation and flex-office processes What we’re looking for Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project-support role, ideally in a multi-team or event-driven environment Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Able to work autonomously on well-defined tasks while knowing when to escalate Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
