The Role & What You Will Be Doing This individual is responsible for performing various activities within the Treasury Centre of Excellence. These activities primarily include the daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, intercompany loan management, bank user management, bank account management, mandate and signatory management and support with related documentation. This individual must have an innovative mindset and will be required to participate in various Treasury projects and perform other duties as requested. The individual must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Treasury field, performs a variety of tasks and works independently and/or with general supervision. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Treasury Analyst (1 year fixed term) role will make an impact: Processing of intercompany loan transactions within the dedicated treasury management system (FIS Integrity) Reporting of daily actual cash balances for EMEA & NAM region across multiple legal entities. Managing and implementing improvements for restricted cash in certain markets for cash concentration purposes. Liaise with Treasury COE Liquidity & Forecasting team regarding cashflow forecasts ensuring accurate reflection in the daily reporting. Liaise with the local core treasury team, accounting, project teams resolve GBS treasury related items. User management, query resolution and administration of users in various online banking platforms. Management of bank account mandates with main partner banks including coordination of bank account signatory changes and associated bank account documentation. Coordination and precise documentation of bank account openings, closing and modifications. Liaise with internal and external audit personnel. Assist Treasury Managers with project work and process improvement initiatives. Support and documentation of KYC processes Provide guidance, training, and support on treasury related matters to other departments and subsidiaries. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Qualified Accountant or Treasury qualification Bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of project management or implementation experience 1 – 3 years of treasury experience in a corporate multinational Experience transitioning finance activities to shared services Experience having direct interface with Commercial or other leaders/stakeholders Accounting/ Treasury Qualification preferred Advanced level of English knowledge Minimal handling of light materials and tools, lifting up to 10 lbs. May involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
