The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Technical Specialist (12 months agency contract) role will make an impact: Key participant in manufacturing quality investigations by working in cross-functional Investigation teams leading TS elements such as generating product impact assessments, Quality Risk Assessments and running Technical Protocols as required. Proficient in quality investigation techniques for ascertaining root cause.    Supporting change management through technical risk assessment and running technical studies as required Strong scientific focus with a curious mind to identify improvement opportunities to reduce product variability Ability to analyse technical data from multiple sources in a methodical manner employing appropriate analysis packages, such as JMP, Minitab, SAS etc to support data driven decisions. Strong technical writing capability to write high quality scientific protocols and reports including critical review of data to form sound scientific recommendations and conclusions A track record of developing innovative and creative solutions to complex and challenging problems working across different functional teams both internally and externally Providing technical support to new product introduction and product transfers Support continuous process verification and working with impacted functions to address any trends observed About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: A degree in a science discipline with proven pharmaceutical experience (academic or industry acceptable). Inhalation experience an advantage. A motivated and flexible self-starter operating with minimum supervision and managing tasks through to completion Excellent communication skills with ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way.
