This is a place to make a difference in the world .       The Role & W hat Y ou W ill B e D oing   Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Hospital Medical Representative  role will make an impact: The Hospital Medical  Representative  is responsible for the sales development and product introductions at the hospitals in his/her assigned territory (provinces around the indicated residence locations). Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager , he/she will plan and execute the key sales strategies in the area of responsibility, developing the best relationship and negotiations with the key stakeholders: (i) ~ 80% Hospital Specialists like Emergency Room physicians,  Orthopedic surgeons, Intensivists  and Anesthesiologists, Gastros, Digestives, Surgions,  Dermatologists and Oncology (ii) ~20% Hospital Management and Payers; plus  few Hospital Pharmacist, when applicable. Key responsibilities for this role include: Integrated planning and management of the assigned hospital accounts implementing the commercial policies as designed for the achievement of sales targets Interaction, build effective relationship and negotiation with key Stakeholders ( Clinicians , Payors and a few Hospital Pharmacists (sometimes with Pharmacy colleagues)  for successful product introductions and guidelines introduction or shaping . Reference person for the managing customers and KOL’s with follow-up of commercial topics for the best service and best engagement  to customers Omnichannel regional and individual execution, including RTE’s and remote round tables. Product presentations , patient profile  discussions according to SmPC   for highly scientific products in intensive care and other serious diseases,  Including detail impact with CLM (e-detailing and other contents), Peer to peer activity and round tables discussions. Monitoring of competitors activities and conditions, competitive intelligence in general Effectively communicate and collaborate with other functions within the Specialty Care Unit ( Marketing & Sales & Regional Market Access), Medical Department and Customer Service to help with the successful completion of key duties Engagement  with KOL's and relevant stakeholders in the specialized Thrombosis, Gastro, Intensive care, Anesthesiologist ,Derma, Oncology/Immunology fields and build Advocates Easy and focused collaboration with  sales  reps colleagues from other Business Units at the same region Effective reporting of activities and visits in the CRM (Veeva) Compliance role  model. About Y our S kills & E xperience   For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:    Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business Good level of speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is preferred Good knowledge of hospital setting, at least 3 years’ experience in sales in hospital channel within a major medical or pharmaceutical company.
