The role provides hands-on exposure across M&A, capital raising, and strategic planning as InMobi continues to scale globally.  Key Responsibilities Capital Raising & Investor Relations Support end-to-end capital raise processes - from initial outreach and engagement to due diligence coordination and deal documentation Assist in preparation of fundraising materials - pitch decks, financial models, data room content, and diligence packages Work closely with senior leadership to shape compelling narratives for investors, lenders, and the board level stakeholders Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support capital raising strategies   Strategic Planning & Corporate Finance Build financial forecasts and analytical models for evaluation of business performance and key decisions Assist in long-range planning, business reviews, and executive-level presentations Translate market insights, financials, and internal data into clear recommendations   Inorganic Growth & M&A Support deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution across acquisitions, investments, and partnerships Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, market and competitive assessments Support due diligence, deal documentation, and post-close execution   What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, PE/VC, consulting, or corporate development Strong preference for candidates with investment banking analyst training Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills; ability to translate data into insights Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, organized, collaborative, and willing to roll up sleeves    The InMobi Culture At InMobi, culture isn’t a buzzword; it's an ethos woven by every InMobian, reflecting our diverse backgrounds and experiences.
