Prior to submitting your application, please review and update (if necessary) the information in your candidate profile as it will transfer to your application.  Job Title: Facilities Business Systems Analyst 2 Department: University Hospital | Facilities Administration Scope of Position : The Ohio State University Medical Center is committed to enhancing the quality of care provided to patients.  The business system analyst is responsible for management of the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to support Facilities Department operations, planning and decision making.  Position Summary :   The business systems analyst plans, develops, designs and coordinates the installation, implementation and maintenance of the software and hardware necessary to meet the requirements, missions and goals of the Facilities Department.  This includes but is not limited to databases, hardware, software, and IT related vendor contracts.  Maintains and oversees the day-to-day operations of technology resources critical to the operations and maintenance of Medical Center buildings and physical infrastructure.    Interacts with department leaders to ensure the system meet department needs.  Serves as a resource and CMMS subject matter expert for department management and staff.  Conducts training for staff on use and standards of the CMMS system.  Periodically audits CMMS inventory data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.  Produces reporting, dashboards and other data analysis to support recurring and ad-hoc data needs of the department.  Supports mobile device validation, acquisition, deployment and training in alignment with department needs. Minimum Qualifications For Hire:  Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
