This role will assist with candidate visits, onboarding, and faculty affairs activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate faculty recruitment visits (travel, agendas, candidate communication). Support Promotion & Tenure and annual review processes. Manage onboarding for new faculty hires. Organize Visiting Professor Lectures and Grand Rounds. Provide administrative support for division leadership and special projects.
