À propos de ce rôle : Rejoignez l’équipe Biosimilaires de Biogen France et découvrez le marché dynamique et prometteur des Biosimilaires. En tant qu’alternant, vous contribuerez activement à la prévention des maladies inflammatoires chroniques et participerez à l’éducation des patients ainsi que des professionnels de santé sur des thématiques complexes. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour soutenir le déploiement des campagnes marketing et des projets stratégiques, tout en collaborant avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires dans notre écosystème de santé. Vous serez un acteur clé de l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients et de la promotion de solutions biosimilaires innovantes. Ce poste vous offre une occasion unique de développer vos compétences dans un environnement stimulant et engagé, basé au siège social de Biogen France, situé à la Défense. Ce que vous ferez : Participer au déploiement des plans de lancements marketing dans deux aires thérapeutiques. Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et le suivi quotidien des projets en collaboration avec les chefs de produits, en interface avec les parties prenantes internes (juridique, marketing, médical, vente, réglementaire, affaires publiques, communication). Soutenir la mise en œuvre des campagnes marketing produit, environnement, institutionnelles et services. Préparer les congrès médicaux, séminaires, et webinars. Gérer les événements internes dans le cadre des lancements. Accompagner la visite médicale sur le terrain pour mieux comprendre les besoins du marché. Collaborer avec les agences de communication et les studios de création pour garantir une exécution optimale des projets. Qui vous êtes : Vous êtes curieux et autonome, avec une grande capacité d’adaptation et une envie de vous développer professionnellement. Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, et doté d’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous excellez dans la communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, et vous savez écouter tout en étant force de proposition. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes motivé par l’idée de contribuer à des projets à forte valeur ajoutée pour les patients et l’écosystème de santé. Compétences requises : Vous suivez une formation scientifique et/ou commerciale (niveau Bac+5). Maîtrise des logiciels du Pack Office, en particulier PowerPoint, ainsi que des outils collaboratifs. Une expérience préalable en industrie pharmaceutique serait un plus. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et rédactionnelles. Disponibilité pour une alternance de 12 mois à partir de septembre 2025. Compétences souhaitées : Familiarité avec les approches marketing centrées sur le parcours de soins et les services innovants.
