Für unseren Standort in München (in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell) suchen wir zum Studienstart 01. Oktober 2026 duale Studierende für den Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Gesundheitsmanagement in Kooperation mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg am Studienort Lörrach. Die Ausbildung erfolgt in wechselnden Praxisphasen im Unternehmen und Studienphasen an der Hochschule am Standort Lörrach. Über das duale Studium Während deines 3-jährigen Studiums wechselst du alle drei Monate zwischen Theorie an der Hochschule und Praxis im Unternehmen und du hast die Möglichkeit, vielfältige Einblicke in den Gesundheitsmarkt zu erlangen und deine Erfahrungen zu verknüpfen. Du übernimmst eigene Aufgaben und kleinere Projekte und leistest dadurch einen wichtigen Beitrag zum großen Ganzen. Wir unterstützen dich dabei durch individuelle Betreuung in deiner persönlichen Entwicklung, stärken deine Talente und helfen dir, erste hands-on Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Folgende Fachbereiche wirst du u.a. während deiner Praxisphasen bei uns kennen lernen: Marketing und Vertrieb Einkauf und Logistik Buchhaltung und Controlling Market Access Was dich ausmacht Ganz grundsätzlich: Du hast dein (Fach-) Abitur in der Tasche und zeichnest dich neben guten Noten auch durch fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse aus. Darüber hinaus bist du eine proaktive und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit und möchtest in einem dynamischen Umfeld eigene und kreative Ideen einbringen.
