Development and Execution of Market Access Strategy and programs ( marketed products and new products launch) Develop Market Access strategy to maximize company products values in line with global strategy. Execute Market Access strategy and programs to maximize company products values. Lead price and reimbursement submission Develop the pricing dossier in collaboration with Japan affiliate and global market access team. Lead Pricing & Reimbursement / HTA negotiation with MHLW. Complete the responses to the inquiries from the MHLW in line with Japan affiliate and Global Manage External partners and venders Price Assumption Estimate drug price assumptions of developing product, introduction candidate etc. Estimate medium- to long-term drug price assumptions including system change in collaboration with interna key functions (e.g. Wholesaler, Finance) Analyze Re-pricing risk for the marketed products HTA impact assessment and related projects Analyze potential HTA impact on the pipelines / products Support implementation of local HTA related projects Support to marketed products from health insurance / market access perspective Inform price revision related up-to-date information to the business Provide information related to health insurance / healthcare system Propose to solve market access issues and execute action plan Stakeholder engagement Develop and execute stakeholder engagement to enhance P&R, HTA and Medical fee system related environment Collaborate with Trade Associations (e.g. PhRMA Japan etc) to realize the better healthcare environments   Job Level: Management Why Biogen?
