About This Role: As a Senior Analyst in Post-Activity Compliance Monitoring, you will join our GBS Compliance Control Tower team in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on Compliance Monitoring activities. This role involves conducting compliance monitoring for business activities, assessing adherence to internal processes, SOPs, policies, and external industry guidelines. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that Biogen maintains high standards of compliance and governance. You will collaborate closely with Business including Compliance Officers and Standards & Governance Officers across various geographies, facilitating necessary follow-ups and reporting results regularly.  What You’ll Do: Conduct compliance monitoring for business activities under the compliance scope Assess adherence to internal processes, SOPs, policies, and external industry guidelines Document outcomes and results effectively in the appropriate systems Build strong connections and service-oriented support  with business including Compliance Officers and Standards & Governance from various geographies and functions Report results on a regular basis to communicate outcomes at different levels Support the effective governance for key compliance processes Monitor and report on KPIs and metrics for compliance monitoring activities, ensuring alignment with established SLAs Support training of new joiners Collaborate on continuous improvement of compliance monitoring activities Who You Are: You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing a diverse range of responsibilities independently. Your ability to build strong networks and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization sets you apart. You possess excellent organizational skills and can prioritize competing demands efficiently. Your understanding of compliance monitoring and the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries enhances your ability to drive meaningful governance processes Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a compliance monitoring role or similar, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in business governance roles (e.g., Audit, GxP) Solid knowledge of business and market dynamics Strong analytical skills to interpret internal and external requirements Ability to work independently and collaborate across geographies and functions Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred Skills: Fluency in another language is a plus Additional information This role is in hybrid work model.  Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland. #LI-Hybrid About Biogen Poland : Our Warsaw office is a complex hub for local, regional and global roles.
