Install unit vehicle components and accessories Set up jigs and fixtures Basic computer usage Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures Comply with Terex quality standards through error prevention and by meeting such requirements with zero defects. Follow and promote The Terex Way Values Function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work overtime as required Perform other job functions as needed Basic Qualifications: High school diploma and/or equivalent experience Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided Physical ability to work under, on, and around truck chassis and truck bodies Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience Experience working with hydraulics/electrical/fabrication Capable of operating a variety of hand and power tools Possess ability to problem-solve Understand and follow verbal and written instructions Previous work experience in fields such as mechanical/construction/carpentry The salary range for this position is $24.41 to $25 per hour. All eligible Team Members will be offered health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx), life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), short-term and long-term disability, extended leave options, paid time off, company holidays, 401k matching, employee stock purchase plan, legal assistance, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement and discount programs. **$3,000 Sign on Bonus: $1500 paid at 90 days, $1500 paid at 180 days. Must be an active employee at time of payout to collect the bonus. Employee will be responsible for repaying the bonus if you leave within 1 year of the final bonus payout.
