What you will do: Providing financial guidance to ensure that the company’s financial commitments are met. Developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the company’s business. Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard. Contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy. Develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with. Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time. Main contact and responsible for coordinating of external audit. Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company. Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations Performs financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and budgeting. Performs, coordinates, and develops cash flow reporting to the Group. Manages a finance department. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Builds and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts. Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance. Presents financial reports to internal stakeholders. Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Knows and adheres to Nordic generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Securities and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). Who you are:   Proven prior experience to FP&A software. Advanced spreadsheet skills, mainly excel. Understands financial reporting and has strong analytical skills. Communicates effectively and has advanced written and verbal communication skills. Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels. Manages direct reports on a daily basis. Excellent skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
