Role overview: We are hiring a Temporary Trainer to deliver targeted shop floor training focused on Pay in Your Currency (PYC) and Tax-Free Shopping . This role is critical in enhancing customer experience for international shoppers and ensuring staff are confident in offering these services accurately and compliantly. What you will do: Train retail/hospitality staff on how to offer PYC at the point of sale, including explaining currency choices and transaction handling. Educate teams on the Tax-Free Shopping process, including eligibility, form completion, and refund procedures. Reinforce learning through a blended approach using a training app and in-store coaching. Maintain a comprehensive training tracker to document performance metrics and feedback, ensuring alignment with established training objectives. Deliver consistent training rollout updates, highlighting milestones, participation, and key metrics to ensure alignment. Who you are: Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing training roles. Familiarity with international payment systems and VAT refund processes. Experience in working based on defined training targets, ensuring measurable improvements in staff competency and compliance. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in Italian and English Willingness to travel within Italy as required to support training delivery.
