About This Role:   Biogen is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director, Field Analytics & Enterprise Reporting to join the North America Decision Sciences organization. In this critical leadership role, you will architect, operationalize, and continuously enhance the enterprise reporting ecosystem that powers decision-making across the Commercial organization. You will lead the development of field and HQ reporting platforms, shape enterprise KPI frameworks, and introduce modern, AI-enabled reporting capabilities that elevate performance visibility and execution for Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Executive Leadership. As a key player in the organization, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the reporting systems are intuitive and impactful, driving strategic insights and enhancing overall business performance. What You’ll Do: Lead enterprise reporting and KPI strategy, designing and governing consistent, scalable performance measurement. Build and evolve field and HQ reporting platforms to support Sales Leadership, Field Teams, and Commercial HQ. Partner with Field Excellence and Sales Leadership to design intuitive dashboards with strong user experience. Integrate GenAI capabilities, conversational analytics, and automated insights into reporting workflows. Collaborate with Insights, Data Strategy, Data Engineering, IC, Field Ops, and brand teams. Lead a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering innovation and accountability. Ensure reporting data quality, harmonized data sources, and reliable automation. Contribute to QBRs, deep-dives, leadership readouts, and launch readiness. You design reporting systems that simplify complexity and drive performance. You collaborate effectively, influence without authority, and lead high-performing teams. Your passion for data-driven decision-making and your ability to transform insights into impactful business strategies set you apart as an invaluable asset to the organization. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, field analytics, or reporting within pharma/biotech. Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and data platforms like Snowflake. Proven ability to design and operationalize KPI frameworks. Strong understanding of commercial datasets: field activity, IC, claims, patient services, MA/payer data. Strong analytical and storytelling skills. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership. People leadership experience with hiring, managing, and developing teams. Preferred Skills: Master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline. Experience with pharmaceutical field execution models and performance metrics. Familiarity with harmonized data layers, automated reporting pipelines, and data governance. Experience deploying AI/GenAI-enabled reporting solutions. Experience supporting field teams through launches or major market shifts.   Job Level: Management Additional Information The base compensation range for this role is: $196,000.00-$270,000.00 Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
