Join us to make legends happen! The Server is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. Essential Job Functions Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items. Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests. Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features. Takes food orders if needed, making note of any special needs. Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service. Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked. Secures payment for food and beverage orders. Ends each order by sincerely thanking the guest. Serves quality food product. Provides outstanding customer service. Other duties as assigned. Detail Oriented Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have working email to communicate with managers Required Qualifications: All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards. Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting Must be fluent in English Must be available to work an irregular schedule Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish Must have at least 1 years’ experience in a high-volume club or restaurant. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision Environmental Working Conditions: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
