Join us to make legends happen! JOB SUMMARY : The Concessions Bartender plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Legends-operated venues. This position is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages quickly, accurately, and responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable about mixology and responsible alcohol service, with a passion for creating memorable moments for every guest. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes. Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and ensure accuracy and consistency in every drink. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times. Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service. Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts in accordance with Legends’ cash-handling policies. Prepare and restock bar inventory, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after shifts. Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal beverage offerings and garnish preparation. Stay knowledgeable about current menu offerings, promotions, and venue events. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Concessions team and overall guest experience. All other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based environment. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent communication and guest service skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must maintain personal grooming and uniform standards in accordance with Legends’ policies. Must have a valid email address for scheduling and communication purposes.
