THE ROLE    The role will report to the Human Resources Department and will primarily assist with event day duties as needed and scheduling preparations for Game Day staff. Passing out uniforms, assisting with handing out lunches. Help with staffing temp labor. Provide Customer Service support for the Customer Service Manager as needed. Must have experience working with large crowds, a self starter and able to show initiative where needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist employees in clocking and clocking out. Help direct employees, temporary workers, and NPO’s to assigned locations. Launder, organize and distribute uniforms. Collect uniforms at the end of the event. Set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed. Ensure all associates are following safety protocols. Support any other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work long periods of time with constant standing, walking, and lifting. Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations. Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service. Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor. Must be able to relay information such as work orders or other messages to and from Directors, managers, supervisors or emergency personnel Will be using telephones, two-way radios or text messages accessible plus basic computer skills.
