POSITION:                                       Company Photographer          DEPARTMENT:                             Sales & Marketing      REPORTS TO:                                 Communications Manager    FLSA STATUS:                               Hourly/Non-Exempt   Summary ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Company Photographer for ASM Global/Mercedes-Benz Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use traditional, digital, or video cameras, along with a variety of equipment during photo sessions and event assignments Consult with client on desired images, select equipment to achieve the desired effect Manipulate digital images to create the desired effect Review sets of photographs to select the best work All other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must successfully be able to pass a criminal background check Must be at least 18 years of age Knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and digital media to adjust images Creative thinker who can work independently Ability to work irregular hours as dictated by the event schedule Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical capabilities to stoop, bend, climb stairs, and work at heights up to 21 stories Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time and walk/move around all facilities Education and/or Experience         High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
