This position reports directly to the Program Manager.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Greet and help customers through assistance in suggestion and location of merchandise based on the customer requests. Knowledgeable expertise in merchandise. Execute all company visual merchandising directives. Understand and follow through with all Legends Global policies and procedures. Active awareness of inventory and what merchandise needs to be replenished. Complete quick and friendly transactions with customers; add on sales. Ability to handle money comfortably. Maintain cleanliness of store. Act as “Manager on Duty” when Assistant Store Manager are not present by overseeing day-to-day operations of the store. Foundation knowledge on all Legends Global policies and procedures. TCE Training Other duties may be assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 6 months – 1 year industry experience required. Associates or four-year college degree in retail, business or related field, is preferred. Will have knowledge of products. Ability to communicate effectively. Must have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers. Must be a team player. Some physical exertion required.
