As a senior advanced analytics advisor in practice development, you collaborate with the team to support AI innovation and skills development at Desjardins. You play a key role in designing, planning and implementing strategic initiatives to build expertise, drive collaboration, encourage responsible adoption of AI, and increase practice outreach both internally and externally. Your contribution is essential to engage stakeholders, create synergies and position Desjardins as an influential player in the AI ecosystem. More specifically, you will be required to: Design and deploy skills development initiatives: Identify needs and create training paths to strengthen AI skills and new work methods Facilitate and develop communities of practice: Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration through collaborative meetings, workshops and tools, and by assigning ambassadors to act as champions Stimulate and support innovation: Organize creative initiatives (hackathons, workshops, challenges) and pilot innovative projects to promote strategic AI solutions Increase practice reach and influence: Ensure business intelligence and represent Desjardins at key events to increase its visibility and influence in the AI ecosystem Manage partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships that promote co-innovation, knowledge transfer and access to specialized expertise Support AI adoption across Desjardins: Help teams integrate AI responsibly by offering tools, training and strategies to overcome obstacles to adoption What we offer* Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment * Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria. #LI-Hybrid What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in administration, technology and innovation management, or a related field A minimum of six years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Experience producing strategic analysis documents with recommendations for decision-making bodies Experience developing training plans in innovative and analytical fields Knowledge of French is required Expertise in managing initiatives focused on innovation and IT transformation Organizational expertise for events (in-person and online) Knowledge of skills development and management Knowledge of the AI ecosystem in Quebec Decision quality, Organizational savvy, Strategic mindset Trade Union (If applicable) At Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
