Brown & Brown   is seeking a   Property Casualty Customer Service Assistant​   to join our growing team in   Fenton, MI!         Provides support to Commercial Lines Department by assisting with duties necessary to service commercial lines new and existing clients. The P&C Assistant will order Motor Vehicle Reports and process Image Right documents as well as handle daily preparation of Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Insurance and Auto ID documents for all Commercial Lines clients.     How You Will Contribute :     Prepares and delivers Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Insurance and Auto ID documents for all Commercial Lines clients. Handles daily servicing of accounts including processing endorsements, audits, and policy checking. Performs renewal procedures after the Account Manager has requested renewal coverage to be bound. Maintains current activity log and follows up on open tasks and activities. Assists in file cleanup and maintenance along with system maintenance. Accesses carrier websites to retrieve and process endorsements and audits. Remains current with industry standards, changes and trends.
