About the Role: We are seeking a talented Communications and Project Manager to join our team and drive strategic communication initiatives while managing complex, cross-functional benefit expansion projects. Core Responsibilities : Other duties may be assigned in addition to below. Communications & Content Development • Develop and execute comprehensive communications for internal audiences • Create and deploy high-quality written content including emails, FAQs, digital assets, and knowledge bases • Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice • Leverage translation tools to translate communications and content into local languages • Socialize communications and content with internal stakeholders to gain alignment • Manage organization communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications across multiple channels Project Management • Participate in end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of benefit expansion projects • Work backward to identify project timelines, dependencies, and barriers • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute against the project plan • Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders • Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and post-launch analyses Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the organization • Gather feedback, analyze customer sentiment, and monitor enrollment metrics ​ Skills Required: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Experience with content management systems and collaboration platforms • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity • Collaborative team player with ability to work independently • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in communications, content development, or project management roles Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including: Health Benefits : Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance   Financial Benefits : ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement  Mental Health & Wellness : Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services Beyond Benefits : Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.  Not reflective of all benefits.
