The Role The ACS Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) team manages all equity-market-related transactions across the Apollo ecosystem, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-On Offerings, and Block Trades. The team plays a key role throughout the lifecycle of Apollo’s investments by shaping exit strategies, supporting portfolio companies, generating market insights, and exploring new exit technology & alternatives. The ACS ECM team is seeking an Analyst to join their growing New York team – primary responsibilities include: Work with deals teams and support senior-level capital markets professionals in underwriting exit assumptions, crafting equity theses, and preparing companies for public market exits Develop timely insight into current equity markets and sector trends Support senior-level team in driving execution for equity-related transactions throughout the lifecycle of the investment (including the execution of IPOs and secondary sales) Prepare, organize, and maintain deal-related marketing materials and analyses Prepare and organize team-level and portfolio-level data processes and projects Build and maintain databases relevant to the business Qualifications & Experience 1 - 2 years of analyst experience at an investment bank within equity capital markets, private capital markets, financial sponsor coverage, or an industry vertical Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask and operate as both a self-starter and team player Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and presentation (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) skills Excellent written, oral communication, and reasoning skills Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines Interest in equity markets withan understanding of macro trends and market environment About Apollo Apollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager. Pay Range $110,000 - $150,000 Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates) is committed to championing opportunity.
