As part of a leading global insurance brokerage, the intern role based out of Daytona Beach, FL, will be exposed to a range of learning opportunities, including working with new technologies, developing and troubleshooting system modifications, fostering innovation, and providing application support. The internship experience will include mentorship, teammate partnership, a speaker series, networking opportunities with leadership, and a community engagement project. Our program provides talented students the chance to gain experience in real-world enterprise projects and exposure to learn from our supportive and approachable Technology Solutions team of subject matter experts, all while exploring the opportunity for employment after graduation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Data gathering, analysis, and reporting Exploring Cloud, Security, AI, Data, or Project Management initiatives Support tasks tied to project milestones, recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams Complete assigned projects and deliverables, presenting recommendations at the conclusion of the internship to leaders Actively participate in all internship program elements Perform duties as assigned by department leadership Competencies: Drives Results –  Consistently achieve results through meeting timeframes. Customer Focused –  Builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. Technical Aptitude –  Foundational knowledge to perform tasks as directed. Preferred Considerations: Involvement in student organizations, project work, tech clubs, hackathons, or competitions Volunteer work with a technical component or volunteer work that directly gives back to the community Demonstrated passion for learning and applying emerging technologies Education, Experience, and Knowledge: Actively enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in a STEM related field Expected graduation: December 2026 or later Minimum GPA: 3.0 Posting End Date: 24 Oct 2025 Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
