The successful candidate will join the Contested Matters and handle requests for access to information from insured clients, legal and other representatives. You will analyze requests for information, prepare documentation in accordance with the applicable provincial legislation and prepare written responses. You will also support advisors at various stages in their claims files, for example by preparing administrative pre-analyses and making recommendations. You will also be in charge of claims under the terms of the subrogation clauses in our policies. More specifically, you will be required to : Handle information requests, dissatisfaction and complaints from members, clients and sectors of the organization in accordance with the complaint handling policy and process. Make sure to properly identify the problem and the level of intervention required, and obtain relevant information from the parties involved (caisses, centres, other sectors of the organization). Provide and explain the results of your analysis to the requester. If necessary, negotiate an agreement or report findings to the organization’s supervisor in accordance with the complaint management policy. Maintain the various systems and registers required by regulatory bodies by compiling relevant data. Help produce periodic reports and prepare annual reports. Suggest actions to enhance procedures, tools and systems to improve the unit’s performance.
