Allegiant Stadium is committed to giving back to the community through numerous diversity, inclusion, and community outreach initiatives.     Job Summary   We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join ASM Global in the following departments: Marketing, Sales, Technical Operations, and Sports and Live Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.    Essential Functions   Complete Department project as assigned by department head   Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks   Support department for event preparation   Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents   Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects   Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks     Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):   Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a FT undergraduate student   Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite   Detail-oriented and exceptional attention to detail   Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks   Ability to work independently and efficiently   Competency with hand tools is preferred   Ability to multi-task and to be able to work with the public required   Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs   Must be able to work indoors and outside   Must be high-energy team player   Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism     ASM Global reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
