Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following: Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events. Including but not limited to Stanchions, Signage Physical and digital, moving equipment. Perform various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met. Including but not limited to helping to keep area, equipment, and product secure including from weather. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on equipment. Report irregularities, discrepancies, damage of equipment and property, loss of property and equipment and safety concerns promptly to supervisor, manager, and director. May perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills. Strong attention to detail. Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred. Previous food service experience required. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment. Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours in a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators. Must be available for all Tennessee Titans games; and ticketed events. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
