Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment deployment Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and IT inventory to ensure compliance with internal standards. Education and/or Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 1–3 years of experience providing technical support in a help desk, desktop support, or IT operations environment Skills and Abilities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently Customer-service mindset with clear communication skills to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge Ability to manage multiple support requests, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail with strong documentation skills to accurately track issues, solutions, and IT assets COMPENSATION Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
