PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.  PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance. Reports to assigned area in a timely manner. Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management. Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ service standards. Continually and efficiently services the dining in regards to clearing tables, refilling beverages, restocking work side stations, polishing flatware/glassware, and setting tables. Delivers food in a timely and efficient manner to all dining guests. Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests. Responsible for working closely with servers and bartenders when servicing guests. Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.  Communicates with Supervisors and Management. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium. Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Restaurant experience preferred; orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations. Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service. Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work at a fast pace Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.  Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 lbs.
