We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused individual to service as a Passport Desk associate in supporting of a client facing operation.  This hybrid role involves both onsite and remote work, providing administrative and logistical support for Passport and Visa applications and processing travel documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, responsive and able to work in a client facing environment. What You’ll Do   Serve as the primary point of contact for passport related inquiries from client employees Check all documentation to ensure compliance for Visa Applications Maintain confidential records and maintain internal tracking Deliver high-quality customer service to internal clients Take high-quality passport photos following official government guidelines. What We’re Looking For Previous experience with passport or travel documentation Maintain up to date knowledge of airport codes and airline abbreviations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism Office attire in line with client expectations Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Sabre experience Attention to detail Excellent Customer service skill Hybrid Onsite presence: 2-3 days a week (8:00am – 5:00pm EST)       Location New York, United States       The US national base salary range for this position is from  $39,200.00 - $72,800.00 The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
