Missions du Chef des ventes : -Manager l'équipe de vente au quotidien : les accompagner lors de leur tournées chez les clients, les prospects et les faire monter en competences. -Assurer le suivi et fidélisation des comptes « Prémium » avec pour objectif de satisfaire le client et de développer ainsi de la vente additionnelle.  -S’approprie la méthodologie des techniques de vente Sidexa-SOLERA acquises lors de sa formation.  -Assure le reporting de ses actions au travers des outils mis à sa disposition par Solera. - Assurer le management de certainbs comptes clés.     Principales tâches Responsabilités commerciales :   - Manager l'équipe de vente - Assurer l’élaboration, et le développement du portefeuille clients de Sidexa-SOLERA. - Commercialise l’ensemble des solutions Sidexa-SOLERA inhérentes à son portefeuille, les prestations de service liées au logiciel (maintenance, formation…) - Représente l’image de l’entreprise auprès de sa clientèle, de ses partenaires et applique des actions commerciales ponctuelles (salon, forum, congrès…) pour développer et vendre les produits et services Sidexa-SOLERA . - Assiste aux réunions commercialeset aux évènements clients (Conventions, Forums) - Oriente le client vers les services supports interne en cas de difficultés rencontrées (techniques, commerciales, comptables, etc…)    Responsabilités administratives :   - S'assure que ses équipes respectent les obligations en matière de reporting, saisi des ventes, etc... - Respecte et suit à titre personnel les procédures administratives de l’entreprise. - Tient à jour sa base de données de son portefeuille clients. - Assure un suivi reporting quotidien au travers de Salesforce.     Les prérequis necessaires au futur collaborateur :   Management d'équipe commerciale Intérêt pour la vente et la négociation Capacités de prospection Très bonne organisation et gestion des priorités Autonomie Prise d'initiatives, pugnacité Aisance relationnelle, facilités pour la négociation et l'argumentation. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing his or her portfolio: - Manage the sales team on a daily basis: support them during their customer and prospect visits and develop salesforce skills. - Monitor and retain "Premium" accounts with the goal of satisfying customers and developing additional sales. - Adopt the Sidexa-SOLERA sales techniques methodology acquired during training. - Report on their actions using the tools provided by Solera. - Management of key accounts. Main tasks Sales responsibilities: - Manage the fieldsales team - Visits professional bodywork specialists (agents, bodywork specialists, dealers, dealership groups, garages) to ensure the commercial development of its sector of activity. - Ensures the creation and development of the Sidexa-SOLERA customer portfolio. - Markets all Sidexa-SOLERA solutions inherent to its portfolio, as well as software-related services (maintenance, training, etc.). - Represents the company's image to its customers and partners, and carries out occasional sales actions (trade shows, forums, conventions, etc.) to develop and sell Sidexa-SOLERA products and services to repairers. - Attends sales meetings, and customers Events - Directs customers to internal support services in the event of difficulties encountered (technical, commercial, accounting, etc...). Administrative responsibilities: - Ensures that his teams comply with reporting requirements, sales entry, etc. - Personally respects and follows the company's administrative procedures. - Maintains his client portfolio database. - Monitors daily reporting through Salesforce.
