You will be a high potential individual contributor tasked with partnering with stakeholders across the region. This will be both a varied and rewarding role, recruiting across various areas (finance, sales, operations, and marketing).   What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top talent. Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports. Collaborate with external search partners when needed and manage vendor relationships. Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.   What You’ll Bring 4–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Engineering roles. Strong understanding of technical hiring (software, hardware, product, engineering) and commercial profiles (account executives, sales engineers, SDRs). Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and technical assessment tools (e.g., Codility, UCAT). Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments. Knowledge of employment law and compliance in recruiting.
