Job Summary: As a Sales Director / Key Account Manager based in Seoul, you will be one of sales leaders who is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Solera's key customers in the country. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their unique business needs, pain points, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record in technical sales capabilities, specifically in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) field. Responsibilities: Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals related to all products. Strategic Planning: Create and execute account plans, aligning with the company's overall sales and growth strategies, with a focus on AI solutions. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling Solera's AI product suites and services. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas, especially in the AI space. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, professional services, and customer support to provide a seamless customer experience for all solutions. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue actuals and forecast, account performance, market trends, and providing insights / recommendations to management.   Requirements : Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the technology, insurance claim industry or automotive industry, with a proven track record in successful technical sales capabilities, specifically in AI. Knowledge: Sound understanding of the automobile industry, especially in the collision vehicle repair industry, and familiarity with AI technology solutions. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, specifically in selling AI products. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean, enabling effective communication with local and global teams. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth in the AI space. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable agreements and contracts for AI products. Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region as required. Software Tools: Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce Language Skills: Korean and English
