You will collaborate with the engineering manager and architects to provide technical strategy and direction, implementing requirements from product managers and UX designers. You will work with a stack that includes Rails and Postgres, with containerized microservices in Kubernetes (k8s). This role   operates   in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high quality and on-time delivery.     What   You’ll   Do   Design, develop, and   maintain   high-quality software solutions .   Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the squad .   Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment .   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues .   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and improvements .   Mentor and support junior engineers in the squad .   Utilize Jira for task management and tracking .   Work within a Scrum team to follow Agile methodologies .   Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes .   Provide high-level estimations for project planning .   Participate in roadmap refinement and planning sessions .   Support operational escalations and ensure   timely   resolution .   Take ownership and have the autonomy to shape delivery .         What   You’ll   Bring   5+ years of experience in software engineering with prior experience as a lead .   Strong experience with   C#, MSSQL, K8s, Kubernetes, AI/ML, LLMs .   Proficiency   in containerized microservices .   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail .   Ability to work independently and as part of a team .   Strong communication   skills to articulate technical concepts and solutions .   Experience in leading technical projects and providing strategic direction .   A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends .   Familiarity with Jira .   Understanding of   SDLC processes and best practices .   Ability to provide high-level estimations and contribute to roadmap refinement .   A go-getter   attitude with the ability to work autonomously and shape delivery .   Focus on high quality and on-time delivery .       It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility   of , any position.  Similarly, we cannot   identify   all the skills a position may require since job responsibilities and the Company’s needs may change over time.  Therefore, the above job description is not comprehensive or exhaustive.   The Company reserves the right to adjust, add to or eliminate
