Deine Aufgaben Sicherstellen einer störungsfreien Materialversorgung der Kunden durch termingerechte Lieferung und kontinuierliches Überwachen der Leistungserbringung Erstellen von Mengen-Forecasts Avisieren von Lieferungen bei Speditionen und Paketdienstleistern Erstellen von Liefer- und Exportpapieren Organisieren von Sondertransporten Aktives Management von Leergutkonten  Datenpflege in Kundenportalen Aktive Stammdatenpflege in SAP Kommunikation mit Kunden und Spediteuren Kooperation mit anderen Bereichen des Supply Chain Management Berichterstattung an den SCM-Leiter Wissen und Ausbildung Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung Erfahrung im Bereich Auftragssteuerung / Order Management Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Spediteuren Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und Microsoft Office Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit Selbstständige, zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
