The Role We are looking for an innovative, self-starting Senior Engineer to join our Global Business Intelligence team, leading the strategy, design, and governance of enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions and data architecture. This role ensures BI systems align with organizational goals, scale efficiently, and support data-driven decision-making. What You’ll Do - Lead the development, publishing, and scheduling of complex Power BI reports and dashboards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into advanced technical specifications. - Design and create robust data models and establish connections to various data sources. - Perform in-depth data analysis and provide strategic insights. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Power BI reports and fabric dataflows - Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced techniques. - Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends. What You’ll Bring • Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Power BI and data visualization. • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and DAX. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data solutions with business goals and objectives. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
