Job Responsibilities: Elaboracion y analisis de indicadores estadisticos de accidentes, incidentes y desempeño de provedores que laboran en planta de forma periodica. Asesoría y gestión de cierre de riesgos en planta y en casa de cliente en material de EHS para la prevencion de accidentes, lesiones o daños al medio ambiente Desarrollar y ejecutar programa de Inspecciones de maquinaria, equipos y herramientas, equipos de emergencia y de actividades del personal en casa de Cliente e Interna. Gestión de reportes de lesiones y enfermedades de trabajo ante IMSS, STPS, Corporativo. Generar campañas de promoción a la salud. Implementación y seguimiento de programas de salud ocupacional (Preventivos y de control), Planeacion de Campañas de seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y ergonomia. Administrar y mejorar las plataformas de EHS internar y de coporativo, mediante el ingreso de informacion y datos en tiempo y forma para el cumplimiento corporativo y legal. Administración del EPP y equipos de seguridad de planta y proyectos. Soporte y Administración de Disciplina Progresiva, Conformación y administración de actividades propias de de la CSH, Liderar y Gestionar la investigación de accidentes e incidentes. Gestión de Requerimentos Legales,Corporativos y de Casa Cliente (Seguridad,Ambiental,Ergonomia,Salud y Sustentabilidad) Coordinación y administracion de servicios externos de de EHS para la planta. Desarrollar y documentar el programa de Sustentabilidad dentro de planta, realizar los recorridos, mejoras, entrenamientos y RoadMap Planeacion y ejecución de auditorias e inspecciones corporativas de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente, Ergonomia, Sustentabilidad y Mafact Entrenamiento a Contratistas y Personal de planta. Gestión de cierre de hallazgos HSE Linx, Aplicar las reglas y procedimientos de seguridad y del sistema de gestión ambiental (ISO 14001) Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
