Job Responsibilities: Engineering Support 1. Providing general support to engineering director on daily administrative operations and well-plan the schedule. 2. Organize Engineering Meeting, include prepare agenda, arrange facilities, take meeting minutes, track the open issue and communicate with related depts. 3. Document preparation and filing, e.g. collecting report and presentation. 4. Engineering data collection and analysis, include team utilization rate, CAPA Plan, vacation plan, training plan and effective feedback…etc. Administrative Support 1. Document Support: e.g. software agreements, insurance, engineering equipment, Purchasing order, contract management… etc. 2. Support events related to Engineers: e.g. travel approval and travel ticket issue, Fasco gift, Colipu order… etc. 3. Support for training records, execution and tracking. 4.
