Job Responsibilities: Trabajar en conjunto con almacén de refacciones para mantener el stock de las mismas Revisar y actualizar refacciones criticas   Atender fallas de los equipos del área de producción Dar mantenimiento puntual a las instalaciones de la planta Llevar bitácoras de equipos críticos A signar acciones a los problemas recurrentes (top 10) de tiempo muerto Manejo del sistema MP9 para llevar control de fallas en los equipos y actividades de preventivos Manejo del sistema MP9 para llevar control de fallas en los equipos y actividades de preventivos Asegurarse que el personal a su cargo trabaje con el equipo correspondiente y bajo los estándares requeridos de Seguridad Administrar los recursos otorgados por la gerencia general y dar las facilidades necesarias para que el personal a su cargo cumpla con los objetivos y metas de seguridad salud y medio ambiente establecidos. Manteniendo y midiendo el desempeño de cada uno de los colaboradores a su cargo Dar seguimiento y control a los procedimientos e instrucciones de IATF-16949/ISO 14001 Participar activamente en las actividades competentes a ISO 14001 Manejo de Personal Técnico ¿A quién buscamos? Ingeniero Electrónico, Mecatrónico, Eléctrico, Electromecánico, Carrera Afín Experiencia: 5 años en puesto similar, preferentemente Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio Habilidades Técnicas y Administrativas: 1) Hidráulica Neumática 2) Bloqueo y Candadeo de Energía 3) Mecánica 4) PLC 5) Conocimiento en Inyección de Plástico Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
