Job Responsibilities: Cumplimiento y   aplicación de las Leyes Fiscales-Aduanales Asegurar las importaciones de materiales (Compras) que lleguen a su destino cumpliendo la legal Instancia en el País. Asegurar las exportaciones de los productos terminados a nuestros clientes, se realicen dentro del Marco Legal de Comercio Exterior. Tener a disposición de Corporativo el Archivo y Documentación de c/u de los pedimentos realizados durante el mes. Asi como su archivo y control de manera digital o Impresa. Revisar, verificar c/u de las cuentas de los agentes aduanales para su pago, cumpliendo con los requisitos fiscales asi como los impuestos a pagar. Solicitar la aprobación del líder de Finanzas mediante la proforma del Pedimento los impuestos a pagar.   Alinearse a los procedimientos Corporativos de Magna y soporte técnico del área de Comercio Exterior. Hacer los cambios de régimen del material importado (Materia prima, Activo Fijo, Consumibles, refacciones, etc) dentro de los plazos establecidos en la Ley Aduanera.   Auditoria de los embarques de Exportación hacia los clientes, en coordinación con Seguridad Patrimonial y Almacén. Apoyar al área de Finanzas en actividades adicionales y especificas fuera del alcance aduanal que se le asignen. (Control Autos utilitarios, pagos, Integraciones, etc) Implementacion de Ideas de mejora continua y Ahorro de costos   al menos 5 ideas en el año.
