Job Responsibilities: Objetivo del puesto: Mantener en óptimas condiciones de operación los equipos productivos y de servicio aplicando las reglas de seguridad de la compañía y proporcionando el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo con calidad para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente bajo el esquema de mejora continua y la seguridad de nuestro personal. Actividades: Ejecutar el plan de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos planeados de fin de semana. Dar seguimiento a las actividades extras y de auditoria de seguridad, ambiental, calidad, producción, costos, etc., establecidas en el dashboard del área. Asistir a las pláticas semanales con los miembros de su equipo de mantenimiento. Llevar el control de consumos y manejo de almacén MRO y EPP. Cumplir metas para reducción de tiempo muerto. Dar soporte a la implementación a los cambios de ingeniera en sus líneas. Brindar el Soporte técnico necesario en el horario que sea requerido para la solución de fallas críticas. Conocimientos: Mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en máquinas convencionales y CNC. Hidráulica, Electricidad, Mecánica y Neumática (Interpretación de planos neumáticos, eléctricos y mecánicos) Sistemas de PLC´s, Redes de control, Drives Mecanismos y acoplamientos mecánicos PLC y robots Prensas Escolaridad y Experiencia: 3 – 6 años de experiencia Técnico en Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
