Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible to ensure and maintain a high level of support corresponding to the team leads in all activities of the department and ensure active participation in the daily business of his/her functional responsibilities. Need an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, experienced and motivated team-player with strong IT background, work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of IT-SAP Team to implement and provide adequate support for SD modules to SAP users across locations of North and South America region. Suggest and implement improvements for SD/EDI processes using SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA. Major Responsibilities Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support in global environment, analyzing business requirements, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application problems and estimate effort needed for feasible solutions. Create a positive work environment by demonstrating & sharing functional/technical knowledge. Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, EDI processes, supporting creation of query reports/programs, barcode solutions, commercial forms and enhancements. Effectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a high morale/high-performance team, culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity. Assist in system-related issues of manufacturing information processes/procedures. Time tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standards. Knowledge and Education Math, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical related Bachelor’s Degree required. Must have knowledge of SD module in SAP and have a good understanding of manufacturing business processes. Nice to have interface knowledge between modules such as SD interaction with FI/CO and interfaces between MM, WM and PP modules. Must be able to communicate in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus. Work Experience Minimum 3 years of SAP working experience Experience in Tier-1 Automotive Industry is a strong plus Skills and Competencies Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, good inter-personal skills enabling collaboration with users.            Able to configure and support SD module with JIT/JIS, familiar with ABAP debugging tool. Coordinate and collaborate with B2B team for EDI projects – all phases development, testing, deployment while maintaining or developing documentation - mapping docs, process docs. Review and work up development requests & specs for ABAP programmers to develop customized functionality or reports to meet business requirements. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player with excellent performance and organizational skills. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy. Work Environment Regular travel 10-25% of the time.
