Job Responsibilities: Main roles and responsibilities: • Design and implement ALM solutions that support the entire software, electronics and mechanical development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business analysts, to define and refine ALM processes and best practices • Evaluate and select appropriate ALM tools and technologies to meet the needs of the organization • Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on ALM-related topics • Ensure ALM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices. • Monitor and analyze ALM metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ALM and software development methodologies Candidate requirements: • Completed school education with a focus on IT • Understanding of Software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. • Proficiency in ALM tools such as PTC Codebeamer, PTC RV&S, IBM ELM Jazz or similar • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically . • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus • English – fluent • Team player Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
