Job Responsibilities: Hlavné úlohy a zodpovednosti:  Zabezpečovanie vysokej pripravenosti výrobných a pomocných zariadení s ohľadom na ergonómiu a ekonomickú náročnosť  Riešiť systémové úlohy. Venovať sa analýze opakujúcich sa chýb. Vypracovávať algoritmy riešenia porúch.  Podieľať sa na modifikácii softwarovej časti strojov, jednotlivých mechanických uzlov strojov.  Zabezpečovať elektrorevízie v prípade potreby. Vykonávať prediktívnu údržbu na základe požiadaviek.  Vykonávať údržbárske a servisné práce so zameraním na kvalitu, výkonnosť, ekonomickú výhodnosť, požadované termíny, s najvyššou prioritou dodržiavania pravidiel bezpečnosti práce.  Určovať poruchy a ich príčiny. Opravovať zariadenia a overovať účinnosť opráv svojich aj kolegov.  Proaktívne vyhľadávanie potenciálnych problémov a ich eliminovanie.  Zabezpečovať, aby všetky pracovné činnosti boli vykonávane v súlade s podnikovými procesmi kvality, a pravidlami bezpečnosti práce a v prípade odchýlok od ich dodržiavania prijímať a realizovať nápravné opatrenia a sledovať ich účinnosť.  Sústavne zlepšovať svoju činnosť v odbornej oblasti, v oblasti využívania vybavenia, materiálu, pracovných pomôcok, v súlade s pravidlami bezpečnosti práce, ekonomickej výhodnosti a dodržiavania stanovených termínov.  Poskytovať konzultácie plánovacím tímom počas realizácie projektov. Podporovať inštaláciu a uvedenie výrobných a podporných zariadení do prevádzky.  Zabezpečovať zdieľanie a odovzdávanie informácií. Vzdelávanie kolegov po odbornej stránke podľa aktuálnych požiadaviek. Požiadavky na uchádzača:  Technické stredoškolské vzdelanie, maturita.  2-4 roky prax v údržbe  Meracia a automatizačná technika, pohonová technika, riadiace systémy a senzorová technika.  Znalosť Siemens PLC programovania  Znalosť programovania robotov KUKA  Školenia od dodávateľov strojov a zariadení - výhodou  Počítačové zručnosti (MS Office).  Odborná spôsobilosť elektrotechnika (minimálne podľa § 22)  Anglicky jazyk na komunikačnej úrovni  Ochota učiť sa  Znalosť TPM výhodou.
