Funciones principales: - Responsable de resolver problemáticas de tierras mediante negociaciones efectivas de alta complejidad con propietarios y comunidades hasta garantizar la mitigación de riesgo operativo para los sistemas de transporte de gas natural y control operativo. - Responsable de promover y defender el cumplimiento a los documentos y procedimientos de gobernanza de la Compañía, así como a las leyes aplicables. Así como del proceso de actualización y gobernanza de los mismo. - Es responsable de la identificación oportuna de posibles variaciones a los procesos históricos y actuales; y de promover planes de acción, así como la documentación y aplicación de lecciones aprendidas que impidan reincidencia en prácticas fuera de los procesos aprobados por la compañía. - Apoyo en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de procesos que garanticen que los registros de tierras reciben un tratamiento diligente y adecuado para su manutención y evaluación recurrente. - Responsable de ejecutar de los mecanismos de control que se implementen para la identificación de casos críticos y propietarios de alto riesgo para llevar a cabo la debida diligencia y determinación de riesgo residual. Requisitos: -Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Derecho, psicología, sociología, ingeniería o afín. a la experiencia requerida. -Experiencia: mínimo 8 años de experiencia en el manejo de negociaciones críticas, Experiencia necesaria en el sector de en oil & gas (sistemas de gas natural preferible), conocimiento de Ley Agraria y Ley de Hidrocarburos.
