You will collaborate closely with AI Scientists, Data Engineers, and MLOps specialists to transform advanced research into reliable production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities · Design, implement, and optimize scalable AI systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance in production. · Collaborate closely with AI Scientists to translate AI models into production-grade applications. · Deploy and maintain ML/DL models and pipelines on cloud-based infrastructures, ensuring high availability and performance. · Develop and enhance tools for automated model training, validation, monitoring, and retraining. · Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, managing API design, microservices architecture, and infrastructure provisioning. · Implement best practices around MLOps, data versioning, experiment tracking, reproducibility, and CI/CD workflows. · Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. · Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI engineering, cloud services, and infrastructure to continuously enhance the team's capabilities. Requirements Must-Have · MSc or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields. · Strong experience deploying AI/ML models into production, including containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, with deep knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face). · Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automation tools, and model lifecycle management. · Strong understanding of software engineering principles, microservices, API design, and system architecture. Nice-to-Have · Experience with Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models. · Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. · Familiarity with financial services, banking technologies, or other regulated environments. · Contributions to open-source AI engineering projects or active participation in the global AI engineering community.
