Smart Start: Wir zeigen Dir, wie die Kundenberatung rund um Kreditgeschäfte, Zahlungsverkehr, Geld- und Kapitalanlagen funktioniert, Du betreust in der Filiale Kundinnen und Kunden von Anfang an selbstständig mit. Learning by Doing: In der Berufsschule und in intern auf die Ausbildung abgestimmten Trainings bekommst Du die Theorie vermittelt, die Du direkt in der Praxis anwenden kannst. Dein Ziel: Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Bankkaufmann/-frau vor der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK). Persönlich punkten – Das bringst Du mit Know-how: Du hast gerade idealerweise das Fachabitur oder Abitur mit guten Hauptfachnoten absolviert und bist bereit durchzustarten. Skills: Du gehst verantwortungsvoll mit Daten und Anliegen anderer um und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
