Job Responsibilities: Acteur majeur au sein de l’équipe projets et en relation avec les fournisseurs pour : Définir, développer, planifier, suivre la réalisation de tous les moyens ou équipements (machines et/ou outillages spécifiques hors moule) permettant d’assurer la fabrication et les livraisons de produits standards à nos clients en phase développement en suivant les règles technico–économiques du groupe et les exigences du client, ainsi que les consignes de délai, les règles légales de sécurité et de protection de l’environnement. Piloter des AMDEC Mettre à jour les BOM/BOP Préparer les dossiers de consultations Suivre les fournisseurs et sous-traitants retenus Former le personnel interne à utiliser ces équipements et/ou moyens. Etablir tous les documents relatifs à l’utilisation des moyens ou équipements afin de produire des pièces en phase prototype, lancement ou série Etablir les plans d’implantation des équipements . Etudier et déterminer les temps homme et machines dans les différentes phases de fabrication des nouveaux produits. Assurer le suivi en série des gammes et nomenclatures dans l’ERP Réaliser un benchmark technologique sur nos procédés en favorisant les échanges au sein du groupe MAGNA Connaissances techniques Formation requise : Niveau Bac +5, ou autre si la personne fait preuve d’une expérience significative dans ce domaine.
